| K-grams, Inc. Board of Directors |
Our original boards have been completely composed
of undergraduate students with a passion for change within our
communities. These students have also been supported by various Advisory
Boards. The foundation of student leadership
remains, even as our Board expands beyond campus borders. Since 2001,
K-grams has been officially incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit
charitable organization operating under the laws of the State
of Michigan.
What is the role of the Board of Directors?

and enacting fundraising activities and more.
